Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "luckpub", "we", "us", "our" refers to the luckpub platform and its operating entity, accessible at luckpub.bet.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses any service on the luckpub platform.
• "Platform" refers to the luckpub website, mobile site, progressive web application, and all associated services and features.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the luckpub platform.

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on luckpub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. luckpub enforces a strict minimum age policy and will verify your age during or after registration.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated scripts, or bots are not permitted to hold luckpub accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits your participation in online gambling.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must hold only one active luckpub account at any time. Opening a second account — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited.

luckpub reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Verification documents may include a government-issued identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Creating an account using false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. luckpub will close any account found to have been opened fraudulently, and any funds held in such an account — including any winnings derived from gameplay — may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckpub account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other player's account.

luckpub strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact luckpub support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

luckpub accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as activity conducted by you, unless you have notified luckpub of a security breach in advance.

luckpub will never contact you requesting your password. Any communication purporting to be from luckpub that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected].

Deposits & Payments

luckpub accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, and Cash OTC. luckpub does not impose currency conversion charges for PKR transactions.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the luckpub platform:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• luckpub does not accept deposits made using credit extended by a third party for the purpose of gambling.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. luckpub reserves the right to place a hold on any deposit pending AML review.
• luckpub does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Deposits are generally credited to your luckpub account instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your luckpub account.
• Any active bonus balance or wagering requirement must be resolved before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in your account's cashier section.
• luckpub processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section. These timeframes may extend during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• luckpub reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for large-value transactions or where unusual account activity has been detected.

luckpub will not process withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities and account funds may be frozen pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

luckpub offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this Article.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used or wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Check the specific promotion terms for details.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per spin or round applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Abuse: luckpub reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

luckpub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of any such change will be unaffected in respect of that specific bonus.

Game Rules & Betting

All games and sports betting markets available on the luckpub platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant betting market page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

luckpub uses independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that the outcomes of all casino games are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by luckpub or any third party. Independently certified RNG reports are available upon request.

With respect to sports betting:

• All bets are accepted subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market.
• luckpub reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has commenced where the bet was accepted due to a technical error.
• In-play betting decisions made by luckpub's trading team regarding the suspension or closure of markets are final.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to an obvious pricing error may be voided at luckpub's discretion, and the stake will be returned to the player.

luckpub does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any game or betting market. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or events outside luckpub's control does not entitle players to any compensation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckpub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on the luckpub platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings accrued as a result of a technical malfunction will be void.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy service, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first contacting luckpub's support team.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward luckpub staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the luckpub platform — including but not limited to the luckpub logo, brand name, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and user experience design — is the exclusive intellectual property of luckpub or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luckpub platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the luckpub platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by the luckpub platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from platform content.
• Create derivative works based on the luckpub platform or its content without express written permission.

Privacy & Data

luckpub collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

luckpub will process your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience. luckpub does not sell your personal data to third parties. Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the luckpub platform.

• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including as a result of account suspension, bonus forfeiture, or withdrawal refusal.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit luckpub's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

luckpub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckpub account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination

Either party may close a luckpub account at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting luckpub support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC compliance and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligation.
• luckpub-initiated closure: luckpub may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice where you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where luckpub has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal behaviour.
• Where luckpub closes an account due to a player's breach, any remaining balance — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at luckpub's discretion.
• luckpub may also close accounts where a player is found to be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Upon account closure, your licence to use the luckpub platform is immediately revoked. luckpub will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

luckpub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where any amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations as a player — luckpub will provide reasonable advance notice via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the luckpub platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under luckpub's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their formation, validity, or interpretation, shall be subject to the following resolution process:

3. Regulatory Referral: Where the ADR process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, you may refer the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence luckpub operates.

Nothing in this Article prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent imminent harm or irreparable damage.
